BEHIND THE BRAND
Hi, my name is Bakit Beshbai!

I was born and grew up in Kyrgyzstan, a small yet mountainous nation in Central Asia. From an early age I was drawn towards aesthetics and creativity. Beauty brings so much joy to people, and amazing the world with it became my goal. Naturally, I aspired for a career in the arts, particularly in fashion.

In 1999, I graduated from Bishkek Technical College and pursued my passion, specializing in women's clothing design. My success grew in the country and in 2013, I was awarded with the title, "Honored Designer of Kyrgyzstan", but my ambitions stretched further and the same year I participated in New York Fashion Week. I fell in love with the city.

In 2016, I started the company, Bakit Beshbai LLC. in New York City.
